Best Western Plus O'Hare International South Hotel Franklin Park – Hotel near airport in Franklin Park

Upon arrival, we were met with amazing very spacious rooms that were very clean. The lobby was nicely decorated, and the hot continental breakfast in the morning was very filling, especially the egg sandwiches and juices. Although the pool wasn't open during our stay, the abundance of shops and dining options, along with the takeout menus provided, added to the convenience. They also recommended a fantastic restaurant nearby. Overall, an excellent and clean place to stay, with the only downside being the morning rush for breakfast.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and had a good standard with friendly service, but the morning rush for delicious egg sandwiches and juices was a bit overwhelming. However, the shuttle drivers were extremely friendly and accommodating, making our stay pleasant.

My stay at the hotel was pretty good overall. The rooms were decent despite my initial reservation mix-up, but they turned out to be well-appointed and very clean. The bed was comfortable, and it was nice to have Free Wi-Fi, a refrigerator, and a microwave in the room. However, some aspects could be improved. The service was a bit hit or miss, with some staff members being lovely, while others were rude and unprofessional. The location was convenient with easy access to the airport, but the limited dining options nearby were a drawback. The dining experience was average to good, with a decent breakfast selection but could start a bit later. The facilities were good overall but could use some enhancements.
